Legal
Terms and Conditions
Effective for each member upon acceptance of this version. Applies prospectively; prior accrued rights are preserved. Read, save or print this page before you accept; you accept this version when you tick the agreement box on the membership application.
Scope at a glance
These Terms cover membership, game accounts, purchases of game credit, the Poppa Coins loyalty program, rewards, support and community. They do not by themselves launch or authorize cash-redemption gaming, betting or a prize promotion. Our membership minimum is 21 years of age, or higher where required for a particular activity.
1. Agreement, operator and scope
1.1 Contracting party. Your agreement is with Big Poppa's House, operating at bigpoppashouse.com (the "Site"). These Terms govern your use of the Site, the member dashboard, the game-account request service, support chat, purchases we accept, and the Poppa Coins loyalty and VIP programs we offer (together, the "Services"). "We," "us" and "our" mean the operator identified in this paragraph; "you" means the individual accepting these Terms.
1.2 Separate brands and providers. These Terms apply only to Big Poppa's House. Accounts, purchases, rewards, permissions and messaging consents do not transfer automatically to another arcade, even if it uses similar software, branding or staff. A third-party game provider, payment processor, identity-verification provider or event sponsor is responsible for its own expressly identified services. This does not excuse our responsibility for our own sales, representations or conduct.
1.3 Activities outside these Terms. These Terms alone do not offer or authorize betting, cash-redemption gaming, lotteries, paid-entry prize competitions or chance-based prize promotions. Any such activity requires a separately identified operator or sponsor, complete activity-specific rules, the necessary legal permissions and actual eligibility controls before it can be offered. A game listing, payment option, "sweepstakes" label or "non-cash" description is not evidence of legal authorization. Ordinary loyalty rewards are governed by Sections 10–14.
2. Acceptance, electronic records and changes
2.1 Affirmative acceptance. You accept these Terms by ticking the agreement box presented on the membership application or another clearly labeled agreement control presented at a transaction. You must have a reasonable opportunity to read, save and print the Terms before agreeing. Do not create an account or complete an activity requiring agreement if you do not accept them. Mere receipt of a marketing message is not acceptance.
2.2 Related documents. The Privacy Policy explains data practices; acknowledging it is not blanket consent to every optional use of your information. Clearly disclosed checkout terms and activity-specific rules govern their particular transaction or activity. If provisions conflict, applicable nonwaivable law controls first, then the specific terms disclosed and accepted for that activity, then these Terms. A later rule cannot retroactively remove an accrued entitlement or a statutory right.
2.3 Changes and existing rights. We may update the Services or these Terms prospectively. For a materially adverse change, we will ordinarily provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email or a prominent dashboard notice and obtain fresh agreement where required. Changes necessary to address law, fraud or a security threat may take effect sooner with notice when practicable. The version governing a completed transaction or an existing dispute remains applicable to that transaction or dispute. Publication of these Terms does not convert an existing payable balance into loyalty points, cancel an earned prize or erase an existing claim.
2.4 Electronic communications. You agree to receive account notices and transaction records electronically through the contact details or dashboard associated with your account, subject to any separate consent required by law. Keep your email address and mobile number current and retain copies. Ask support about available alternatives if you cannot access electronic records; we will not use an electronic-notice requirement to defeat a right to notice in another legally required form.
3. Age, location and eligibility
3.1 Minimum age. Our membership policy requires you to be at least 21 years old and at least the higher minimum age, if any, required by law or the particular provider or activity. We enforce this on the application, on every change to your date of birth, and against the date of birth printed on your identity document. This is our company policy, not a statement that every location permits the Services at age 21.
3.2 Permitted locations. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where the specific feature may lawfully be offered and used. These Terms do not grant access throughout the United States or internationally. We may restrict a feature, refuse a transaction or request location information. Website accessibility, account approval or a successful payment does not establish eligibility for an otherwise restricted activity.
3.3 Personal participation. You must be a real individual acting for yourself, not for another player, an undisclosed business, or a person subject to an exclusion. Do not misrepresent your age, identity, location, source of funds or ownership of a payment method. Do not use VPNs, proxies, location spoofing or another account to evade restrictions. You must not participate where sanctions or other applicable restrictions prohibit the transaction.
4. Registration, phone verification and identity checks
4.1 Application process. Provide accurate account information in the name printed on your government-issued ID, a mobile number you control, a working email address and a password. We may require a photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie, or verification through a hosted identity-verification service, before an account is approved. Phone verification, ID submission and membership approval are separate steps. An application or verification result is not a promise that every game account will be issued.
4.2 Review and correction. Verification helps assess age, identity, account security and eligibility. We may ask for clarification, refuse approval for a legitimate reason or suspend restricted features while a concern is reviewed. Contact support if your information or a verification result is wrong or if you need assistance with an accessible alternative. We will not automatically confiscate legitimate funds merely because a check is pending or cannot be completed; Sections 8, 9 and 21 govern affected transactions.
4.3 Sensitive documents. Submit identity documents only through the designated verification screen. Do not post IDs, full card numbers, passwords or verification codes in support chat, ordinary email or a text message. These Terms do not by themselves authorize public display of identity information. The Privacy Policy explains how verification images are protected and when they are deleted.
5. Account security and game credentials
5.1 One person, one account. Maintain one member account per person and, unless a provider expressly allows otherwise, one issued account per person for each game platform. Do not share, sell, lend or transfer accounts or let another person act through your account. If you already hold an account on a platform, tell us through the "I already play this one" option rather than requesting a second one. A shared household, internet connection or device may prompt review but is not, by itself, proof of abuse.
5.2 Protecting access. Use a strong, unique password and keep your devices, email and mobile number protected; a one-time code sent to your phone or email is a sign-in credential and must never be shared. Promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may temporarily restrict access, revoke sessions or reset credentials to protect an account. These Terms do not make you automatically responsible for all unauthorized activity or waive statutory protections for unauthorized transactions.
5.3 My Game Accounts. After an account request is fulfilled, the dashboard shows the platform and your assigned username, with password reveal and copy controls. Keep those credentials confidential and open games only through the links we provide. Requests can be pending, declined, fulfilled or awaiting correction. A dashboard entry is not proof that a third-party account or requested load has been completed. Notify support of incorrect credentials instead of creating duplicate requests.
6. Third-party games and acceptable use
6.1 Provider requirements. A listed platform may require separate provider terms, a supported device, additional verification or an eligible location. Review applicable terms before launching it. We may remove unsupported or unavailable platforms, but remain responsible for resolving orders and obligations we accepted.
6.2 Fair use. Do not exploit technical errors, manipulate payments or balances, impersonate others, coordinate fraudulent referrals, collude to falsify a contest result, access another member's account, distribute malware, or circumvent security controls. Bots, scripts and automated play are prohibited when they manipulate outcomes, gain an unfair advantage or violate applicable game rules. Ordinary accessibility tools are not prohibited simply because they assist a person in using the interface.
6.3 No invented misconduct. Legitimate success, choosing an available promotion or requesting a refund or lawful redemption is not, by itself, abuse. We assess actual conduct against rules disclosed before the relevant activity. A provision described as "fair play" does not give us unrestricted authority to invalidate a result or keep unrelated balances.
6.4 Availability and claims. We do not promise uninterrupted access, particular winnings, a return on spending, better game odds at a higher VIP level or results shown in illustrative artwork. A "hot," "new" or "VIP" label is not a representation about a game's probability of success. Report errors without exploiting them. We may correct a display or reconciliation error using supporting records and explain the correction when legally permitted.
7. Purchases, payment methods and fulfillment
7.1 Before payment. The checkout identifies the platform being loaded, the amount, any processor fee shown by the processor, applicable limits and the expected fulfillment method. No default percentage fee or payment limit is created by these Terms. Fees apply only when disclosed before payment.
7.2 Authorized methods. Use only payment methods currently offered in the authenticated checkout and owned or validly authorized by you. Do not send money to a personal account, unofficial link or staff member on the assumption it will be credited. You authorize only the amount and type of transaction you affirmatively confirm; creating an account does not authorize recurring charges.
7.3 Payment is not delivery. A payment can be pending, confirmed, failed, reversed or refunded. A game load can have a different fulfillment status, and some loads are completed by a person rather than instantly. A screenshot, browser redirect or pending authorization alone does not establish that we received funds or completed a load. We reconcile authoritative processor records. Do not submit a second payment solely because a page is slow; first check your dashboard or contact support.
7.4 Order acceptance and errors. We may decline an unfulfilled order for ineligibility, an unavailable platform, a payment failure, insufficient platform credit on our side or a reasonable security concern. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will notify you and provide the applicable correction or refund. A material pricing error discovered before fulfillment will be presented for your fresh agreement or the order will be canceled; we will not charge a higher price without authorization. No recurring subscription is enabled merely by this agreement.
8. Cancellations, refunds and payment disputes
8.1 Pending and unused orders. You may request cancellation before an order is fulfilled. We will cancel when fulfillment has not begun and can reasonably be stopped. If you request a return of unused paid value, we will review whether it can be reversed or returned, disclose any lawful limitation accepted at purchase and provide any remedy required by law. We will not require additional purchases or play merely to obtain a refund of an undelivered or erroneous transaction.
8.2 Delivered digital value. Except as required by law or an express offer, correctly delivered game credit that you have used is not refundable solely because you changed your mind or disliked the outcome. This rule does not exclude remedies for an unauthorized, duplicate, undelivered, materially misdescribed or defective transaction. A refund for paid value is distinct from redeeming a game result and from redeeming Poppa Coins.
8.3 Our errors and refund method. We will investigate reported duplicates, failed loads and fulfillment errors and correct or refund the affected amount when appropriate. Refunds ordinarily go to the original funding source, unless a lawful alternative is needed. A mandatory money refund will not be replaced with points or promotional credit without your agreement and where law permits.
8.4 Your dispute rights. Contacting support can help resolve an issue, but is not a prerequisite to exercising a right to contact a bank, payment provider, regulator or court. These Terms do not prohibit a good-faith chargeback or shorten a statutory dispute period. We may secure an account and reserve the specifically disputed amount during a genuine investigation, but do not automatically confiscate unrelated value merely for raising a dispute. Deliberately false claims or duplicate recovery may be investigated.
9. Balances, corrections and existing entitlements
9.1 Separate records. The dashboard distinguishes paid value awaiting delivery, third-party game balances, Poppa Coins, level progress and outstanding rewards or refunds. A displayed number is not necessarily cash available for withdrawal. You may request the transaction details supporting a disputed entry.
9.2 Corrections. We may reverse duplicate credits, correct documented errors or remove rewards attributable to a reversed qualifying transaction. Any adjustment must be proportionate and linked to the relevant record. We will not relabel legitimate paid funds as non-cash points to defeat a refund or accrued entitlement. You must not knowingly spend or redeem value credited in error.
9.3 Cash and restricted gaming. Poppa Coins and the non-cash benefits described here are not cash-out balances. Any separate cash-redemption gaming or prize program must satisfy Section 1 and its own lawful rules. These Terms do not establish payout caps, wagering or turnover requirements, deadlines, fees, a sweepstakes currency, or a right to exchange points for money. Do not participate in a feature whose essential rules or responsible operator have not been disclosed.
9.4 No retroactive forfeiture. A refund, earned prize or other amount already lawfully owed remains subject to the governing transaction rules and law. We may not extinguish it by changing these Terms, closing the website or renaming a balance. Poppa Coins are not a savings product, investment, interest-bearing account or transferable currency.
10. Poppa Coins and level progress
10.1 Earning. Poppa Coins (PC) are our loyalty currency. The current earning rate, the welcome bonus and the referral bonuses are published on the Rewards page and in your dashboard. A pending payment does not earn confirmed coins. Reversed or refunded activity reverses only the coins attributable to that activity.
10.2 Non-cash program. Poppa Coins, XP, levels and badges are account benefits, not money. They cannot be transferred, sold, pledged, exchanged for cash or used as a stake in a wager under this program. Coins may be exchanged only for the benefits actually offered in the rewards menu. A displayed dollar amount for a reward describes its stated redemption value, not a cash payment owed to you.
10.3 Levels and records. Spendable Poppa Coins and progress toward a level are separate measures: redeeming coins never lowers your level. Level thresholds and benefits are those published at the time. The dashboard shows the recorded basis for your balance; staff can review a discrepancy.
10.4 Expiry and program changes. Coins do not expire solely for inactivity unless an expiry term was clearly disclosed when they were earned. We may change future earning rates or future level criteria with reasonable notice, ordinarily at least 30 days for a material reduction. Existing confirmed redemptions will be honored. If the program ends, we will ordinarily provide at least 60 days' notice and a reasonable redemption opportunity, subject to law. No cash conversion is created by program termination.
11. Reward redemption and fulfillment
11.1 Available rewards. The rewards menu may offer game credit, merchandise, comps or other specifically described non-cash benefits. Availability, coin cost and any restrictions are shown before you confirm a redemption, and a minimum redemption applies. A redemption issues a one-time promo code and creates a request; the dashboard distinguishes issued, applied and declined states.
11.2 Game credit. A game-credit reward is limited to its stated platform and uses. It is not directly redeemable from us for cash. Calling a reward "non-cash" does not exempt an underlying game capable of generating money or prizes from its own legal requirements; such a feature remains subject to Section 1.
11.3 Merchandise and comps. Confirm your details and selected item before redeeming. A materially different item will not be substituted without your consent. If we cannot deliver, we will restore the coins and return any required monetary portion. Taxes may apply to a reward even when it is non-cash; you remain responsible for taxes legally imposed on you. We will not demand an unofficial payment to "unlock" a prize.
12. Promotions and bonus offers
12.1 Only published offers apply. A welcome bonus, broadcast special or bonus drop exists only when a current offer is actually published and available to the eligible member. The offer states its benefit, eligible platforms, qualifying action, cap, start and end time and material restrictions. No fixed daily bonus, surprise promotion, match percentage or recurring gift is promised by these Terms.
12.2 Clarity before participation. We disclose any qualifying purchase or play condition before you choose the offer, not after you request a benefit. No turnover rule applies to an otherwise refundable purchase merely because we offered an optional promotion.
12.3 Fair administration. Unless the offer states otherwise, one eligible person may claim it once. We may deny or reverse a benefit obtained through material misrepresentation, duplication or manipulation, but only the affected benefit or related entitlement may be adjusted, subject to law. Legitimately using a free offer is not abuse merely because the member has not made a purchase.
12.4 Changes to an accepted offer. We may withdraw an offer for future participants or correct a genuine technical error. We will not retroactively impose more burdensome conditions on someone who already qualified. If an offer cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the problem and provide the appropriate promised benefit, agreed alternative or remedy.
13. Referral rewards
13.1 Qualifying referrals. Your member ID is your referral code, and your dashboard provides a share link. A referral earns the published bonus only after the referred person joins, is approved and completes the disclosed qualifying load. Pending, duplicate, fabricated or self-referrals do not qualify.
13.2 Invitations and disclosure. Invite people you know who may genuinely be interested. Do not buy contact lists, scrape addresses, impersonate staff, send unsolicited bulk messages, make misleading claims or use automated spam. When sharing a rewarded referral, clearly disclose that you may receive a benefit. Do not offer legal, security, payout or winning guarantees on our behalf.
13.3 Privacy and corrections. Referral status is shown without exposing the referred person's identity documents, payment details or private activity. If a qualifying action is legitimately reversed, the associated reward may be reversed with an explanation. A disagreement about a referral can be submitted to support for review.
14. VIP benefits and early access
14.1 Published benefits. A higher level may unlock only the benefits listed for that level, such as additional reward opportunities, a higher redemption allowance, early access or invitations. Level advancement is not a guarantee of higher game odds, monetary profit or cash payment.
14.2 Early-access offers. Early access may be limited by level, platform readiness and capacity. We may end a test or delay a release for legitimate technical or legal reasons and address any paid entitlement affected.
14.3 No automatic subscription. VIP status alone does not authorize us to charge you. No paid recurring program is established by these Terms.
15. Community, member content and spotlights
15.1 Conduct. Be respectful in support chat and any community space we offer. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, doxxing, fraud, impersonation, malware, spam and unlawful solicitations are prohibited. Do not solicit loans, account transfers or off-platform payments from members, and do not post identity documents, private contact details or payment information.
15.2 Moderation and private support. We may moderate, remove or restrict content for rule violations, safety, privacy or law. Support chat is private between you and our staff; it is relayed to an internal staff channel that members do not join.
15.3 Your content rights. You retain ownership of what you submit. You grant us only a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, transmit and technically adapt that content as reasonably needed to operate and moderate the place where you submit it.
15.4 Publicity and truthful presentation. Using your name, image or story in public promotional spotlights requires separate permission. We will not invent testimonials, winnings or endorsements. Honest criticism, reviews, complaints and reports to authorities are not violations merely because they are unfavorable.
16. Contests, pick'em and giveaways
16.1 Separate activity rules. Before any contest, pick'em or giveaway opens, its rules identify the sponsor, eligible age, dates, entry method, any free entry route, selection method, prize, claim process and material restrictions. This agreement is not the official rules for a particular activity. We will not collect stakes or paid entries for an activity not lawfully authorized.
16.2 Chance-based promotions. We will not make a purchase, deposit or spending the sole way to enter a promotional sweepstakes. Any offered sweepstakes must have a genuine, clearly disclosed free entry method with equivalent treatment and no purchase-based improvement in odds, and must satisfy every applicable legal requirement before launch.
16.3 Results and awards. Results are based on the announced scoring method and recorded outcomes. Eligibility and results may be verified before awards. Material errors will be explained and corrected fairly, with a review path. A prize or reward will be delivered as stated in the activity rules.
17. Privacy, verification data and security
17.1 Privacy notice. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, the service providers involved, retention practices and available privacy rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
17.2 Limited disclosure. Service providers receive only the information appropriate to their role. We do not combine accounts, identity records or marketing permissions across arcade brands.
17.3 Safeguards. We are responsible for reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website can promise that every risk is eliminated, and these Terms do not claim a security certification. Use the designated secure channels for sensitive information.
18. Text messages, email, push and support
18.1 Service messages. We send one-time sign-in codes, account-ready notices, order and redemption updates and support replies by text, email or browser push, as you have requested or enabled. Providing a number is not unlimited permission for automated calls or marketing.
18.2 Broadcasts. Promotional broadcasts are optional. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts; you can also turn push notifications off in your browser or ask support to stop emails. Opting out does not forfeit balances or rewards; we may use a lawful alternative for essential notices.
18.3 Delivery and safety. Delivery depends on carrier and provider availability. Do not rely on text or chat for emergency assistance. Never send passwords, full card details, verification codes or identity documents in a reply text or chat message.
19. Responsible participation and account breaks
19.1 Entertainment, not income. Use the Services for recreation within limits you can afford. Do not spend money needed for essential living expenses or treat activity, level or rewards as an investment or a source of income. Staff must not pressure a member to continue in order to recover a loss.
19.2 Breaks and closure. You may ask support for a break, a restriction or account closure at any time without giving a reason. A hold placed at your request stops loads, redemptions and new game accounts on this Site; a separate provider account may require additional action, which we will explain. Do not evade a hold through another account. A break or exclusion is not a reason to confiscate legitimate paid value or deny a refund or award already owed. See Play Responsibly.
19.3 Support. If participation is causing harm, stop using paid features and seek appropriate independent support. We will not target a member who has asked for a break with promotional messages intended to restart participation.
20. Errors, outages and service changes
20.1 Operational interruptions. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, incorrect displays and other problems may affect availability. We may temporarily pause affected functions and investigate. We distinguish pending activity from confirmed fulfillment and use reliable records to reconcile an issue. Where we accepted payment and failed to deliver, the applicable refund or correction obligations remain.
20.2 Reasonable changes. We may add, modify or discontinue future features for legitimate operational, commercial, safety or legal reasons, with reasonable notice where a paid or confirmed entitlement is materially affected.
21. Investigations, restrictions and termination
21.1 When restrictions may apply. We may restrict an account or activity for credible evidence of fraud, unauthorized access, material rule violations, ineligibility, a legal requirement or a genuine security risk. A restriction must be proportionate to the concern. Urgent protective action may occur before notice, but we will ordinarily explain the general reason, affected features and review process as soon as lawful and practicable.
21.2 Funds and benefits. We may hold the disputed or implicated amount while necessary to investigate, reverse documented errors or fraudulently obtained benefits, and comply with a lawful order. We do not impose automatic forfeiture of all deposits, rewards or legitimate amounts because a member files a complaint, fails an initial identity check, wins, or is under suspicion.
21.3 Review and closure. You may request human review through support and provide relevant evidence. If an account is closed, we will explain outstanding orders, refunds, valid rewards and any necessary retention or provider steps. Closure does not prevent you from pursuing statutory rights or contacting authorities.
22. Intellectual property and limited use
22.1 Our materials. The Services and their design, software, artwork and branding are owned by us or used under permission from their owners. You receive a limited, nonexclusive, revocable right to access the Services for authorized personal use. Do not copy commercial artwork, impersonate the brand, remove ownership notices or redistribute protected software without permission. Game names and artwork belong to their respective platform operators.
22.2 Permitted activity. These Terms do not prohibit lawful fair use, honest reviews, ordinary links that do not falsely imply endorsement, accessibility activity or legally protected security research. Report suspected infringement or a vulnerability through support with enough information to investigate safely.
23. Disclaimers and allocation of responsibility
23.1 Availability disclaimer. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS PROMISES WE MAKE AND RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS OR ANY PARTICULAR GAME OR FINANCIAL RESULT.
23.2 Liability limit. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, LOST PROFITS OR LOST OPPORTUNITY THAT IS NOT A DIRECT RESULT OF ITS BREACH. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ORDINARY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
23.3 Important exceptions. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND CAP DO NOT LIMIT: REFUNDS OR OTHER AMOUNTS WE ARE LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO RETURN OR PAY; EITHER PARTY'S FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE; LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF OUR CONFIDENTIALITY, PRIVACY OR DATA-SECURITY OBLIGATIONS; LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY WHERE IT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED; OR ANY NONWAIVABLE STATUTORY RIGHT OR REMEDY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW PARTICULAR LIMITATIONS, AND THOSE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT LAWFUL.
23.4 Your own conduct. You remain responsible for your unlawful conduct and content you have no right to provide. These Terms do not require you to indemnify us for our own wrongful conduct or impose an automatic penalty or chargeback fee.
23.5 Game software. The games are designed solely for amusement and entertainment. Neither Big Poppa's House nor the distributor or manufacturer of any game software has liability related to the software beyond what these Terms and applicable law provide, and none of them makes representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the software or game play.
24. Complaints, governing law and general provisions
24.1 How to raise an issue. Use support chat from your dashboard or email support@bigpoppashouse.com. Give your member ID or transaction reference, the issue and the resolution you seek; do not include passwords or identity documents in ordinary email. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five business days and provide a substantive response or progress update within 15 business days. These targets do not extend legal deadlines or require you to wait before exercising your rights.
24.2 Disputes and law. Applicable United States federal law and the state law selected under the conflict-of-laws rules of the court with lawful jurisdiction govern the dispute. No choice here removes mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a waiver of trial rights. You may use a court with lawful jurisdiction, including an eligible small-claims court, and may contact a regulator or law-enforcement agency.
24.3 General provisions. These Terms and the documents identified in Section 2 form the agreement for their subject matter. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful; no provision is rewritten to impose a harsher bargain. A failure to enforce a right is not a permanent waiver. You may not transfer an account; we may transfer operating rights to a lawful successor only with appropriate notice and without reducing accrued rights or privacy commitments. Provisions intended to survive continue as necessary after closure.
24.4 Contact and identification. Big Poppa's House · Website: bigpoppashouse.com · Support: support@bigpoppashouse.com. Contact support for a mailing address for written notices.
